Homeless Pit Bull Jumps Into Couple’s Car And Into Their Hearts
Emily and Garrett didn’t know what to do when they came back home from yoga and opened their car doors only for a Pit Bull to suddenly jump inside!
The couple didn’t know what to do. Several hours later, after trying to coax him out, the pittie still refused to budge. They didn’t know what was wrong with him so they decided to focus on him being comfortable and soon realized he must be overheated.
They decided they couldn’t leave him and finally, after two hours, they managed to get him inside their home. He proved to be a total sweetheart. Emily admitted to being half-hearted in the search for the stray dog’s family as she had fallen in love with him. They searched anyway, but when Emily determined the dog was homeless, she was thrilled. Emily and Garrett officially adopted him soon after and named him Buddy.
Buddy bonded with them quickly but a few weeks later he ran off into the woods and the couple panicked they wouldn’t see him again.
After scouring the animal shelters in Houston, Emily got the great news that Buddy had been found. After bringing Buddy home a second time, they all grew even closer. And they got Buddy a GPS tracker too!
