Tiny Tim lost his leg because he was attacked by a dog in a community only accessible by plane in Northern Ontario. The Deer Lake community pulled together to help him until Northern Reach Network could get a flight into Thunder Bay to see a vet.

Tiny Tim is a brave little guy and is adjusting to life as a tripod dog quickly.
@northernreachnetwork Tony Tim flew down to his new rescue last week in Southern Ontario. @Southern Connection Rescue Tiny had a new friend to help him. (video coming) All the dogs we help from Northern Ontario go south to get adopted. Why? There are no vets way up north and if they come to Thunder Bay we are also over run. Canada has a huge over population problem and not enough vets. #dogsoftiktok #puppytiktok #rescue #dog #puppy #northernreachrescuenetwork ♬ How Bad Can I Be? – Ed Helms
Northern Reach Network shared that Tiny Tim flew to his new rescue, Southern Connection Rescue, in southern Ontario this past week. Northern Reach wrote on TikTok, “All the dogs we help from Northern Ontario go south to get adopted. Why? There are no vets way up north and if they come to Thunder Bay we are also overrun. Canada has a huge overpopulation problem and not enough vets.”
His rescuers said that Tiny has a new friend to help him. The pup, who Southern Connection Rescue has renamed Lobo, is also learning to do things on his own, like climbing on a raised bed to join a new friend.
@southernconnectionrescue Lobo, aka Tiny Tim our little tri-pawed, has taught us never to give up! Determination goes a super long way! Way to go, little man! He still has a journey ahead of him, but with his determination, nothing can stop him! #Determination #TriPawedWarrior #NeverGiveUp #Inspiration #Perseverance #Resilience #tripod #puppytiktok @Northern Reach Network #tinytim #peoplemagazine #puppiesoftiktok #puppies #RescuePup #love #cute #dogsoftiktok #northernreachrescuenetwork ♬ original sound – Southern Connection Rescue
