Sweet Rescue Pittie Whines Whenever A Ball Is Taken From Him

Driving home from the airport at 5 a.m. one morning, Carrie stopped at a red light when a stressed-looking dog ran across the intersection. It took her 20 minutes to coax the dog into her car. She took him to a vet to check for a microchip, only to discover that his previous owner had given him away, and no one wanted him. So, Carrie decided to keep him and named him Rex.

Carrie says Rex is the best-behaved dog she’s ever had—and a big softie at heart. This is especially clear when it comes to balls. For Rex, balls are “life”—his absolute favorite things in the world. When one of his canine siblings takes a ball from him, Rex immediately gets sad and sweetly asks Carrie for help.
