Boston Terrier’s Parents Build Him Indoor Pool So He Can Swim All Year

Thor is a Boston Terrier that’s more sea pup then land dog. That’s because he absolutely loves swimming. He loves it so much it’s the first thing he wants to do in the morning.

Thor quickly moved up from an 8-foot outdoor pool to a 15-foot pool. But Thor couldn’t use the pool in the winter because it was too cold outside, given he lives in Canada. So that’s when his parents, Garrett Mazurek and Lisa decided to do the sweetest thing for him – they decided to set up an indoor pool in their garage.

Of their gesture, Garrett says, “As a dad, you just encourage your dogs to follow their dreams!” To say that Thor likes his indoor pool would be an understatement – he uses it every day and can now do 300 laps a session!

Thor’s pool time has become such a phenomenon that his family shares live streams of him jumping into the pool for his many TikTok fans. Any time he dives in he barks in excitement and then plunges right in. It’s no surprise that Thor has become an Internet sensation. His mom, Lisa, explained further how he came to get his indoor pool.
