Dog Abandoned By Owner For Having Allergies Finds Home Where He Can Thrive

Janelle wasn’t looking for a dog but while scrolling through Instagram she spotted a photo of Rocky on Rhode Island’s SPCA page. He stole her heart and when she learned that the Pit Bull had been abandoned by his owner because he had allergies, she decided to adopt him.

He has environmental and food allergies but Janelle has helped him with that with a particular diet but he’s great now.

Janelle fosters lots of kittens and Rocky just loves helping her. Many people are surprised by that but she says that Rocky is so loving with the kitties that they all fall in love with him. The family ended up adopting Tonks and Cheddar because the two kittens fell in love with Rocky and wanted to be with him.

It’s so heartwarming to see Rocky find his home and be cherished and taken care of. He, too, has a lot of love to give and pays it forward every day.
