Dog Adorably Upset When The Washer ‘Steals’ His Newfound Ball

No child likes it when their favorite new toy is taken away from them so why should it be different for a fur kid? Take this dog named Captain. He was delighted when he found a stuffed blue ball when out for a walk in the park.

His family says he was so proud of himself that he refused to put the ball down and carried it for the rest of the walk.

But as soon as they got home, the ball went straight into the washing machine because it was really dirty. Captain is so upset that his newfound toy has been snatched away and put into the “monster machine” that he decides he has to guard it and make sure it’s all right.

Captain does what many dogs do when their beloved toys are being washed, he begins to wait (im)patiently out front of the machine for it to give him his ball back.

And even though he is very tired after playing in the park, Captain won’t let his mom forget that his new treasure is in the washing machine.

The second it’s ready, he snatches his prized possession back and his entire demeanour changes! Captain’s mood transforms from a worried pup to one happy dog! So mom decides it’s time to have a bit more fun with the new stuffed blue ball before having a well-earned nap! And how cute is it that Captain falls asleep with the blue ball in his mouth?

Captain’s concern for his toy is so much like Abby’s. Abby often has favourite toys that need repair which means Abby has to watch on anxiously until they are fixed.
