Dog Whose Favorite Toy Is Santa Freaks Out When She Meets The Real One
Kya the Shiba Inu’s favorite toy is her plush Santa Claus. So when her family arranged for her to meet a human one, she had the most adorable reaction.
Her human siblings – teen brother and sister John and Angelina Mantaldo – said that Kya plays with her Santa all year ’round. When they learned that Santa would be at their local mall and was having a pet day they knew they had to bring Kya.
They decided to bring their other dog Lucky along but she freaked out in the wrong way. But the normally super hyper Kya went quiet when she saw Santa, the siblings told Bored Panda.
“She just sat there and looked at him,” Angelina said. “[Kya] usually misbehaves when we take her to Petsmart, but she was behaving for Santa.”
Starstruck like many human children are, Kya jumped up right next to Santa and gave a huge smile for the camera.
The image of Kya’s big broad smile went viral the moment John tweeted her Santa picture.

The siblings were so happy with the results they now carry the image around in their wallets.
