A unique looking Rottweiler is proving everyone wrong with his perseverance and loving nature. Yeti was found in a ditch after he was hit by a school bus. His legs were broken, it was freezing outside and he was all alone. The stray dog didn’t think he would survive.
But luckily he was saved and rushed to the vet hospital. They tried to save his front leg but it became too painful for Yeti so they decided to amputate it. As for Yeti’s unusual appearance, it’s because his body doesn’t produce enough melanin, like a printer running out of ink.
When Yeti was ready for adoption, Melissa saw a photo of him and fell in love with him the moment she saw him. She says Yeti’s unique appearance often has people judging him but thanks to her care Yeti is loved and cherished.
