Woman Almost Mistakes Stray Dog For Rock on Road
When Eliane saw something moving on the side of the road in Bali she first assumed it was a rock. But it turned out to be a scared puppy around 6 months old. Eli named the puppy Theo. She brought Theo to the vet.
Eliane was in the process of setting up an animal sanctuary (Street Paws) so she couldn’t take Theo home with her. But she found a foster mom for him. Kadek agreed to take care of Theo until the shelter was ready.
After several months, Theo had gotten so much good care, good food, and love that his fur had fully grown back. He moved to the sanctuary with Kadek and not long after he found a forever home!
For Eli, Theo will always be a special dog because when she found him, he pushed her to get Street Paws sanctuary open as soon as she could.
