That’s when Martha arrived to take her away. But ‘Mulan’ (as she was named) was so scared it took Martha 2.5 hours to earn her trust. She was just so nervous.
The dog had never lived inside a home and the moment Martha stepped out of the room Mulan destroyed it. Martha chose to ignore the mess and give her food instead of punishment. And that worked!
It didn’t take long for Mulan to soften and she softened even more when she took cues from Martha’s dogs. Now Mulan has a whole new life ahead of her.
